a new day

For all of those who have made mistakes, want to change your life, create something new. You know everytime the sun comes up. It's a new day to do something about it. It's a new day to create peace, happiness, goodness, and go after what you want most in life.
What I want most out of life is health. I know it's a bad time to start an exercise and diet regimen and I know I have failed so many times, but I am willing to pick up the towel and try again. There's alway's the latest and newest thing to help you herbs, diets, exercises. I am going to try something new and if that doesn't work out there is 1 million and 1 things to try again. The key thing is to never give up on anything and i plan not to.
It's also a new day to apologize, forgive, forget your past, try to make amends, to become a better person. You can start by praying. :) Take care and have a nice day.

phenomenon

Have you seen phenomenon? I watched it this weekend for the first time ever and i thought that it was awesome. I have seen several movies nothing like this one. I want go through the plot sequence because you have probably seen it long before i have. :)
I feel that this man having to go through so much sickness and becoming different is something that those who have been through it can reflect on. He went through major changes in his life. He didn't know exactly what he was going through, but he knew he was different. His friends and fellow towns people seem to be weary of him because they sense his differences. It got to the point to where he was a side show. he couldn't take the pressure after that until he finally collapsed. :(

System Of A Down

I found these mp3's on my computer. I wonder what it came from and then I started listening to them. I thought to myself whoah! To heavy for me. Then after listening to it awhile. The lyrics are cool and follow the head banging stuff just right it's great.
I had forgotten the person that i was years ago. I am still here. A head banger who loves Jesus and believes in Karma. Is that okay with you or are you going to go 8-> on me. :)

It's beginning To Look A Lot Like K-A-R-M-A everywhere you go

Has anyone seen that God awful movie Home for the holidays? Unfortunately that movie holds more truth and identity with so many people across the world. For an example all kin have those they don't get along with etc. etc. and there are those regardless how many times they make mistakes they're brain seems to malfunction year after year. :)
Have you seen national lampoons christmas vacation? The chevy's great uncle in law? He's the little nutzo guy with the stoggie. Unfortunately yes, everyone has that person in their family also ready to destroy something in the household.
I can't keep going down the list about holiday movies and their characters. But as the famous Rodney King once said not so many years ago. "CANT WE ALL JUST GET ALONG!!!!!!!!!" :D
I am not looking forward to the holidays because there are too many people trying to control situations and not enough people getting along. Friends, don't be like this. Be friendly to your family member and don't try to control their lives. There is a such of thing called Karma. You push someone around. That person hasn't got to do nothing to the pusher because obviously theyre day is coming real soon and it doesn't take any effort by the other party. Hope I aint's making anyone mad.
If you are good to others and don't cause any type of resentment or hurt or trying to control something. Karma will allow you to have a good time and you can earn friendship instead of a loathship. :) take care, be peaceful and LOL to you all. Have a nice day.

Anyone know of a good diet an eating lady could go on

Anyone have a good diet an eatin lady could go on? Southern women don't have much luck with diets. I am through with crazy diets that want you to do retarded things. I read Dr. Phil's book and fell asleep lol. I love Dr. Phil's methods but they aren't right for me. I checkedout the maker's diet... can't go vegan. I have to only do what i can. I can't take anything else nuts....hmm... i wonder what that bald lady did years ago. do you remember stop the insanity? can you pray that i can stop the insanity? :) only kidding ;D LIke i said, for those who are starting their day...goodmorning, for those who are on your lunch break hello and for those who are in the americas good night! :)

so how do you get or help someone with self esteem?
i found several websites when i googled that promise such but they are out for denerio. :(

anybody heard of the maker's diet

i heard of a godly diet, anyone ever dun it or heard of it? it's called the makers diet that's taken from the bible. I dunt know nuthin abouts it, but I am going to look it up on google and see whats i can find ya hear? :) Ill let yas know what i find.

loads of laundry

Wow I was coming out of my ears with laundry today. I bet you that I had to wash about 6 loads. My hands were all wrinkly after finishing.
Then I chased ye baby twenty times through the household.
I am astonished to see colin powell to leave as as sec of state and condalezza is taking over his place. Codalezza knows her job well and is extremely smart. She is one of the people that I most admire at the white house as well as powell.

I have 2 coons on the porch, they are wreaking havok the cat hates them. They are eating his food. :P Anyway, in the middle of the night they make God forsaking noise, right under mes window. :) cute as the little fellers are they are annoying. :)
speaking of annoying, my cat kept getting in the window acting up and i put my two cactuses in the window, he went to get into it and got needles in his feet:) the cactus isn't one that's really prickly, it just says hey! You don't need to be here get out of mes window
