i found this neat little open source tool online that helps you to create images. It's small in size. It's much small than the gimp, pixia and project dogwaffle combined. Throughout all the stories that i have heard about the tsunami from the animals. Now there weas this story about a 5 year old little girl that actually came out of the storm without a scratch on her. She's a beautiful little child that just smiles all the time. She was saved by the tsunami and actually the only child in her school that lived.

what's the best diet for you?

Have you seen all these diets on television, radio, internet, etc? They are talking about shedding pounds in no time. Let me tell you something... going through those diets is pure torture. It's like going through a meat grinder. First you are aggitated because you aren't eating the right amount of food that you had been eating. The next thing that happens you feel like the television when the picture tubes about to go out...blacking out every now and then...then you see that lovely slice of pizza lying before you and you just devour the entire pizza.... you are getting very sleepy no just kidding. :)
