i found this neat little open source tool online that helps you to create images. It's small in size. It's much small than the gimp, pixia and project dogwaffle combined. It contains like a cad program. You can draw by grid which is neat and also it has plugins to distort or change the image. I will give you the address. It's great!!!!www.memecode.com
