Yes I am confused. but i am willing to try something new in order to better myself and to be well, i am tired of being sick and tired all the time, i am not able to do anything and if reiki is helpful then so be it. it is a healing method not turning out of being a christian. there;s just so many different kinds of reiki that it's so confusing to chose which one to use.:) Some of the names aren't pronouncable, but it's been used for a very long time and people swear by it it does help so i am going to try it :)
