polenta
down here in the south it's grits but obviously the italians have their own way of eating what we call grits, to them it's polenta. Polenta is a great inexpensive breakfast full of fiber and good for you, just as long as you don't add all the hoopla like too much mozzerella, and that good s tuff. Difference bettween grits and polenta is that polenta is cornmeal cooked like grits, and grits is like made of homony corn :) Either way, it's healthy.
