Meat and Potatoes

My father is a big eater, he loves meat and potatoes. ah skip the potatoes, he loves meat. :) :) :) and mexican food don't get him started, he loves eating those big quesidillas smothered in cheese and sauce mmm... mmm.. mmmm! i have been on a diet and walking for the longest. :) I am not stomaching fish and been eating very very low fat and i have also lost the big 5 pounds!
