Some herbs and over the counter things that help for weight loss
I have been overweight for a very long time, I go up and down like a roller coaster one reason is because i refuse to exercise, but i have began to walk. I s tarted walking today but had to quit for a minute to do something urgent. :) I plead with you to walk. It releaves stress and anxiety. It also helps other parts of your body like your heart. It doesn't take but maybe anywhere from 20-40 minutes a day to do and you look younger and feel better. Something else people do is eat saurkraut. It seems like it would help, but you know what, it does...My father's lost weight eating kraut. If you can stand it, do it. Also cider vinegar. Now i have done this one and it does work, what it does is curbs your appetite from eating too much and also makes go to the bathroom. What you do is put two tablespoons in a glass of water and drink once in the morning and once in the evening. Ask your doctor before you do it. Don't go buying Cortisol, it's too much money for what traditional chinese and american herbs do, go for chitosan, bladderwrack, and other herbs that help. Also, there is one mineral that gives you energy and keeps you from eating too many starches and sweets. Call it CHROMIUMN PICOLINATE. :) It's 3.00 a bottle at some dollar stores and just as good as the GNC. :) I hope this helps you. I want to lose weight to so i better use my own advice. Oh yeah, don't forget to suck in your gut and hold it. It's better than a crunch and only takes 30 seconds. :) :) :)
