Time Fer A change in My health regimen :)
As u know Peoples are getting fatta and fatta here n the south, it's not the amount of food we eat, it's what we eats and no exercise that makes us fat.
Well, I looked in the mirror, and thought to myself, yes i have lost weight, yes but losing weight and water are two different things. :) It's time to get out there and walk, no matter how silly i look, no matter how crazy the neighbors think i am, i am going to climb stairs, walk miles, lift weights, whatever it takes, and tell u all about it. :)
:) : ) You can walk with me if you want to. I have got to drink lots of water and take a better vitamin. One a day weight controls are not good for people that have heart disease in their family or anyone overweight taking medicine. You might think that green tea is actually good for you, but actually it's not. It will ruin your health. The doc told me if i wanted green tea to drink one cup a day. :)
I have several books on yoga too and denise austin, but she's too much of an air head for my taste.
I need to do something about bosoms I was planning on having a reduction, but since i am not a millionaire woman i am going to have to do something about them on my own. Maybe If i do 1000 bench presses a day, then i can get them down. :( Bench presses and chest flies are supposed to firm and reduce them. The thing about it is, on both sides of the house the risk of breast cancer is huge. My cousin is battling it now and also my grandmother had her breasts removed from it.
You can work on the outside, people will turn their heads toward you, but no one seems to see what's on the inside. You can be the most beautiful person in the world and be an awful person and people will like you because of your looks, you are alone if you are sweet and not so pretty.
